# OKTA integration SSO sign in

## **Okta integration, SSO sign-in**

## **Sign-in methods**

Virtual Front Desk supports several sign-in methods:

- **Email and password:** standard credentials created when you sign up.
- **Microsoft SSO:** sign in with your Microsoft work account (Microsoft Entra ID).
- **Google SSO:** sign in with your Google Workspace account.
- **Okta:** for organizations that need centralized identity management and an additional layer of security.

Each user can have only one active sign-in method at a time. To switch a user from one method to another, for example from Google SSO to Okta, an administrator opens **User management**, clicks the pencil icon next to the user, and clicks **Reset login method**. The method the user chooses at their next sign-in becomes their new sign-in method. The **Log in** column of the user list shows each user’s current method.
